This year we are following the golf trend to avoid sit down meals that take lots of time and instead are setting things up to mingle and network with one another. Serving staff will circulate throughout the reception room with Spring Rolls, Seasame Chicken, Salmon on Lox, and Breaded Shrimp. Then we have 3 serving stations: a veggie dip, perogy and top sirloin on a bun. So everyone can eat, mingle and enjoy their day in record time. There is the traditional bar for those favorite drinks and then included this year is the special Wine Bar with your meal to access at your leisure. It should be great fun and a great way to give back to the community by supporting our local charities and Camp Quality for kids dealing with Cancer. Hope to see you there!
